I was happily listening to my ipod on the way home today and suddenly a whole string of uncouth vulgarities totally drowned my music. Turned my head to realise this man in his 40s hitting his 3/4-year old daughter incessantly, to the extent I would consider abuse. Obviously everyone turned to stare but he was so oblivious and continued scolding his "knn, ccb etc" AT HIS DAUGHTER. The mother of the child was present but she didnt even breathe a word, probably too afraid to. I dont know what kind of upbringing is this and I cant imagine what this little girl will grow up to be with this kind of childhood.

I always felt I had 'no childhood' in a sense there was little play but more of endless learning and picking up new things. I dreaded all these then. This incident made me realise I was actually wrong. In comparison to the little girl, I must say my childhood was really enriching and I wouldnt be what I am without my parents ( :

i dont haf my chowchow this week luckily the weather's been good otherwise more sleepless nights :/ shopping at vivo w ade yesterday, total damage $93 on a pair of topshop skinnies but im lovin' it! and ade is a fellow topshop member now woohoo :D recess week's here WTH i cant believe almost half of the sem is gone. which means more deadlines and midterms comin up :S im dreading it.

B-A-D WEEK

This week has been pretty baddd. bad cramps plus irritating undoable management sci tutorials plus serious muscle aches = a rather angsty me. haha luckily there was georgi for company last nite! we went to holland v crystal jade along with yufan & jiangyang for xiaolongbaooos (: tennised 2days in a row, and soon-to-be 3 or even 4 (gosh) cos there's jus got informed IBGs are tmr. im jus gonna throw my face there la sigh!

back in hall. i agree with what eileen said it gets kinda lonely at night! now i look forward to thursdays. i'm like in NS booking in on sunday nights and out on thurs night (slightly earlier haha). food here sucks too, which makes it more NS-like. haha how i miss yati's cooking now that i stay in hall (:

i feel quite bad making my parents drive me here every sunday and becoming maids for my room.my mum is more of a hygiene freak than me, she insists on mopping the floor at least twice each time she comes :/
